In the app: open CycleAlign, go to Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete all my data (or Profile → Delete My Account). Confirming immediately and permanently deletes your profile (name, birth date, role), your cycle history, and your daily check-ins (energy, mood, notes) from our servers.
By email: to fully close your account — including your sign-in record and Ask Align conversation history, which aren't removable from within the app — email hellocyclealign@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We process these requests, and permanently remove all remaining data, within 30 days.
What's kept, and for how long: nothing is retained beyond the 30-day window above — we don't keep backups, anonymized copies, or analytics tied to a deleted account.
How is my cycle data used?

Is CycleAlign free?
The core app is free. Some features are part of an optional premium plan, accessible from the Profile tab.
